I have used Ability twice now and cannot recommend them enough. First time to replace a cistern flush valve the other time to replace a radiator TCV. Both the engineers (Tom and George I think) were polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. The hot water in my shower wasn't working. When I called Ability I had a very professional and friendly response, and someone was sent out the same day. I had prompt emails confirming the job and a call when the engineer was on his way. I was talked through what was going on, shown the problem and how to fix it if it happened again. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.
