Landlords Gas Safety Certificate
We regularly carry out gas safety inspections for landlords and agents and issue a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate. This involves an inspection and testing of your gas meter, and gas supply throughout the property. We inspect the gas appliances connected including flues to appliance, ventilation requirements and safety requirements for minimum distance requirements.
Special Offers with Gas Certificate – We can include a Boiler, Gas Fire or Cooker/Aga service with your Landlord Gas Safety Certificate. We offer a discount on service of one appliance if we are carrying out a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate at the same time at the same property.
