Former Managing Director
Danny had a passion for the business and his work. A keen cyclist, you would find him riding around the Kent and Sussex countryside when he was not servicing a gas fire.
Matthew
Director
Works with precision and accuracy to see perfection in his work. Outside of the business Matthews family life keeps him busy full time.
Elaine
Founder/Director
The back-bone of the office and company co-ordinator, Elaine oversees the smooth running and organisation in the company.
Our plumbers and engineers at Ability consist of an electrician a heating specialist, bathroom specialist, boiler technician, and plumbing and heating engineer who are skilled in all areas of work in this industry. We also have an oil boiler engineer as well as a gas fire wizard, an apprentice, and gas cooker technical service fitter. However, all our engineers are competent and qualified in all areas of the plumbing, electrical and the heating industry.
Ability have a strong family commitment, and we believe in people working with people: a good understanding of each other and our customers, honesty and real home values. We want you to know that all our plumbers, gas engineers, heating specialists, and boiler technicians work for us on a permanent basis.
We are looking to build a foundation of friendship and companionship among our team so that their working experience together is enjoyable and therefore your job is professional. So a brief explanation of each engineer along with experience, qualifications, and knowledge is listed.

Founder
Terry, a founder of the company, is now semi-retired and helps only as an advisory to the business, although he still enjoys going to the occasional boiler service.

Facilities Manager
Steve has returned to the company to assist in the managing of the fleet and various properties

Brett takes pride in his work and is methodical in all he does. A real family man at home with love for his motorbike outside of work.

Tom has been with Ability for many years and grown as part of the family. With a vast amount of experience, nothing stands in his way.

Chris is the caring type who takes pride in his work. He spends his time away from work with his family, who are his world.

Duncan approaches every job with integrity and dedication. He always goes above and beyond to find a solution to problems which our clients are facing. Outside of work he is equally dedicated to his family, including his love of dogs.

Daniel has started with us as an apprentice plumber and gas engineer. Already well on his way to being fully qualified, he has already proven his skill on many installations and projects with the company.
